HOME AMENITIES

All our homes are completely furnished, with full kitchens, kitchenettes or efficiency kitchens, and come equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, television, stereo, and WiFi. All homes are located in San Francisco, unless specifically stated. For more details on what our homes offer, please see our Rental Policy.

MINIMUM STAY

Four night minimum rentals are preferred, however, two night rentals are available the week prior to stay or during slow periods. Check the calendar or call the office for last minute weekend bookings. From June through September, only one-week minimum bookings are accepted. Management has the right to cancel reservations not adhering to this policy. Weekly rate is applicable for stays of two weeks or more. Please contact us if your reservation is rejected, we make every effort to try and accommodate your request.

The kitchen has a microwave, convection toaster oven, coffee maker, 2 burner hot plate, electric frying pan and refrigerator. Refinished hardwood floors, new furnishings, new paint inside and out, new beds, linens and towels make this bungalow a reasonable alternative to a hotel. This unit, with direct access to the backyard, is perfect for singles and couples with pets, short stays, or those who don't want to cook much but want the option to heat up a quick meal or have coffee in bed!

Zen Quarters

Zen Quarters is a one bedroom Condo with an open living room/kitchen floor plan. The light filled living room contains a large flat screen TV, settee and easy chair. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, granite counters and walls, and a stainless steel dining set that seats four. A walk-in closet in the roomy bedroom provides plenty of space for clothes and storage. You will sleep well in the new queen pillow-top mattress. Italian floor-to-ceiling tiles create an elegant look in the combination tub/shower bathroom. This lovely Condo has been remodeled with no expense spared. The unit opens up to a well-maintained Zen-like garden. Tandem Parking.

The Zen Quarters is located on a quiet, limited access street directly behind the main shopping area in the vibrant Castro District. There are three units in the building; two units are accessed from the front and Zen Quarters is accessed from the enclosed side corridor. The unit and yard are meticulously maintained.
